Showcasing and validating provenance, and empowering the consumer to know the journey of their food is Happerley's mission. This event was pulled together at very short notice and we are very grateful to the Happerley Transparent caterers, drink and food producers you see below, and to Neptune for sponsoring the costs of this event.
