The Infused Honey Company uses only natural raw honey from their own hives in Cherwell Valley. Raw honey infused is crafted by combining organic natural fruit and spices all made in small batches – each batch is unique and contains no additives or preservatives.
All of the naturally occurring vitamins, enzymes and nutritional elements within the honey are maintained due to the pure raw honey not being heated – The Infused Honey Company bring the sweetness from hive to plate. One ounce of raw unfiltered honey contains approximately 20 vitamins, 18 amino acids, 16 minerals and many antioxidants and phytonutrients – it is highly nutritious.
