A HUGE welcome to the Hop Shed Brewery who have now been certified Transparent as part of the Co-Operative Best of Our Counties range (a unique range of locally and ethically sourced food and drink which you will find in your local Midcounties Co-Operative store).
Formally named ‘The Unity Brew House’, the brand was established in 2015 by Hani and Sarah; real ale lovers who decided to leave their London lives behind and set up a brewery together in an old chicken shed in the leafy Malvern countryside. When Hani and Sarah later located a brewery on a hop farm, they made the decision to rename to The Hop Shed, in early 2018 – highlighting their unique offering, The Hop Shed is the ONLY brewery in the UK to be situated on a hop farm!
The Hop Shed are proud to only use British hops – with Stock’s Farm (one of the leading hop growers in the UK) literally on their doorstep and a number of other fantastic local growers in their surrounding areas of Herefordshire and Worcestershire at their disposal, Hani and Sarah love to experiment with new and exciting varieties of hops for their beers; all named after chicken breeds, a fantastic nod to their humble beginnings.
