Jess’s Ladies Organic Farm Milk Dairy in Hardwicke has won an incredible 15 stars at Great Taste Awards 2016.
Jess’s family have been farming at Hardwicke Farm in Gloucestershire for three generations. They have a herd of 80 organic cows that they know all the names of and milk by hand themselves everyday. The milk is as natural as it comes, they made the decision to sell non-homogenised milk so all the nutrients that are naturally found in the milk are still present.
Since starting Jess’s Ladies Organic Milk ten years ago, they have won an incredible 30 Great Taste stars.
In 2016 Jess and her family entered every single product onto the awards and every single product was given a mark of recognition. There were over 10,000 entries so to win so many awards is a fantastic endorsement of the quality of the milk produced by Jess’s cows.
Great Taste, organised by the Guild of Fine Food, is the acknowledged benchmark for fine food and drink and is often described as the ‘Oscars’ of the food world.
