Scotland Food & Drink is a unique leadership organisation - supported by the Scottish Government - tasked with growing the value of Scotland's food and drink sector, making it more profitable and delivering greater global success in a challenging and competitive environment.
2014 was a big year for Scotland and 2015 looks to continue that trend of activity as the Year of Food and Drink. With the aim of highlighting and promoting Scotland's world-leading natural larder, both to our people and to visitors alike, the year's activities will demonstrate that Scotland is a destination for food and drink. The events taking place throughout the year will underscore the key role which food and drink plays in Scotland's economic growth and cultural development.
